In April, we turn our focus to Chablis – a region perfectly suited to early spring with its freshness, minerality, and precise style.
The evening is dedicated to the wines of Jean-Marc Brocard.

The evening will be made especially delightful by Oysterboys, who will be serving fresh oysters on site. As an exquisite addition, yellowtail kingfish (hamachi) sashimi will also be available.
We also offer the option to pre-order a snack platter. The platter includes: cured duck, mortadella, prawns in garlic oil, cheese, romesco, and focaccia.
